Design
We like to think we have an eye for detail and using our hire equipment inventory, we advise on the visual aspects of your event to help deliver impactful experiences.
Printed backdrops, see here, effective lighting, see more here, projection mapping and LED walls, are some of the methods we employ. We can advise on which of these products will work best, carefully balancing aesthetics and technical integrity with your specific circumstances in mind.
Following an initial briefing/ visit to your event site, we can supply three dimensional drawings and floor plans to illustrate how the production will work in your event space, show your audience viewing angles to screens and outline how the backdrop and branding will look.

Tools for Presenters
Our aim is to make our technical installations flow smoothly for our clients and our production tools help achieve this.
- Stage monitors speakers are essential, placed near to the stage it allows presenters to hear the audience Q and A, remote virtual locations, or any other sound feed
- Low level preview screens help presenters to keep track without tuning to look at the main displays
- Countdown timers allow communication with presenters on stage. Controlled by our technicians or your event team and simple to operate. Values can be changed in real time and can change colour or flash to alert presenters
- We stock the industry standard clickers by Interspace Industries, they allow for reliable content control remotely without worry
- All of our ‘show laptops’ come pre-loaded with PowerPoint, audio and video cue-software and various media players to make sure all formats play correctly, they are also frequently maintained to avoid unwanted pop-ups, updates or power downs during shows
- We can supply show callers and production managers making sure to achieve high production standards. Our event ‘comms’ headsets allow for discreet communication between staff during the show
