Virtual
JMPS offer secure and stable virtual event solutions that bring people together when they can’t meet face to face. Virtual events allow for the entire audience and presenters to take part completely remotely if needed.
We can manage all technical aspects of the event remotely from our offices or onsite, including pre-event support with user training, pre-event tests and advice on the whole process.
A secure URL can be made available to your delegates and then stream out to multiple locations.
Zoom Meetings and VMX
Our 2 usual solutions are Zoom Meetings (or Webinars) and VMIX.
Many of our clients find Zoom a very viable option for its ease of use and familiarity, it’s also a very cost effective solution and has a high connection success rate needing less pre-stream work.
When our clients require a more tailored and configurable approach over what the audience sees including branding and cutting between multiple cameras and content we offer VMIX.
Recording Your Event
We can record the event so it can be viewed further down the line and added to your website. We can also pre-record presentations (by meeting face to face or completely remotely) in advance of the event stream and play them back live. This can be useful where intermittent internet dropout is a problem at presenters locations.
Hybrid
We have found this to be a very popular solution. Part live audience and part virtual. With most speakers physically in the room we guarantee they have professional cameras, lighting and surroundings and if some presenters can’t make it we can bring them in to the event remotely. We can add all the various event technology that we usually do in physical events allowing for a more professional produced feel to your hybrid event. VMIX Remote Presenters
Bringing in presenters remotely without the need to download any software is a solution we can offer, all they have to do is click the link that we send them and enter their name. We can then integrate them into the virtual conference.
VMIX Configure Your Look
A major benefit over the usual online ‘web-conferencing’ apps like Zoom, is the ability to configure the look of what your audience see, incorporate Powerpoint, video, arrange delegates side by side or include company and sponsor branding. Below shows just one of many scenarios of this. This can then be streamed out to single or multiple hosting locations including, Facebook Live, Youtube Live or custom white label sites with better configurability and security.
